    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – Orders over £50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote locations. International customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • All Golf Gloves (including All Weather Gloves, Leather Gloves, and Rain Gloves)
  • Opened or used personal care items
  • Customized or personalized products

If you receive a defective product from these categories, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.

Return & Exchange Process

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.

Step 3: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your returned items:

  • Our quality control team will inspect them within 2-3 business days
  • After approval, we will process your refund or exchange
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Exchanges are shipped using your preferred shipping method
